Homeowner Hiring Tips

• Ask about pricing and payment first. Call the business and ask how services are priced, whether packages or memberships are offered, and what payment or financing options exist. Ask whether a consultation is billed.
• Check hours and availability. Look at business hours, evening and weekend availability, and how the business handles scheduling, deposits and rescheduling.
• Read recent reviews. Look at how recent reviews describe scheduling, wait times, front-desk communication and billing, not only the star rating.
• Ask for an estimate in writing. Before you book anything beyond a consultation, ask for an itemized written estimate and the payment options offered.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do med spas handle pricing, packages and financing?
Fees vary by business and by the services you request, and this directory does not publish prices or recommend any treatment. Many med spas post package pricing, memberships or financing options. Before booking, ask the business for a written estimate, its deposit and cancellation policy, and what payment options are available.

How do you rate med spas?
Our Customer Satisfaction rating looks at recent Google reviews, the overall star rating and review volume, and how easy the company is to reach. Companies with no reviews yet are listed at the bottom as unrated.

Do companies pay to be listed?
No. Every company is listed and rated the same way, free of charge.
