What to Ask When Requesting a Quote

• Is the quote flat-rate, and does it include the service call fee, parts and labor?
• Are you licensed and insured in Nevada?
• What spring cycle rating and warranty do you offer?
• Will you test the safety reversal sensors and door balance after the repair?
• How soon can you come out for a broken spring, off-track door or dead opener?
