What to Ask When Requesting a Quote
- Is the estimate written and itemized for parts, paint and labor?
- Do you work directly with my insurance company and handle supplements?
- Are the parts OEM, aftermarket or recycled, and how is the paint color matched?
- Are your technicians I-CAR or ASE certified, and what warranty covers the repair and paint?
- How long will the repair take, and can you help arrange a rental car?
